Service Description

Spend two full days with like professional peers sharing best practices and problem-solving the quandries of school leadership and management at the department head, director, coordinator, lead teacher level. Participants will determine the topics to be included and determine the agenda in the first hour of day one. Topics will carry over into session two. Potential topics could include: - coaching and modeling - contractual expectations - curricula responsibility - elevating your vision and voice - leading in a politicized climate - management vs. leadership - policy development - relationship building - roles defined and reimagined - staff evaluations
