Service Description

TWO DAY Workshop: Interactive, practical, discussion-based, and highly applicable with opportunities for reflection, role-play, and collaborative planning.  Build trusting, productive mentoring relationships.  Coach new teachers using reflective questioning and evidence-based feedback.  Conduct meaningful classroom observations and post-observation conferences.  Support novice teachers with classroom management, instruction, planning, and professional growth.  Navigate difficult mentoring situations with confidence and professionalism.  Foster teacher resilience and well-being while maintaining appropriate boundaries.  Develop a yearlong mentoring plan with practical tools and resources that can be implemented immediately.
